FINCA LA DEGOLLADA

This fantastic finca is located in the rustic mountain village of Arico Viejo, where you can find everything for the daily live such as: supermarkets, local restaurants, a butcher, a hairdresser, a bank, pharmacy, a bakery, etc. 

The total land area of this finca is 6,508 m2 on which there is a house of 208m2. Consisting of an entrance hall, an open kitchen, after which the first living room, with a wood-burning stove is, accessible via a small staircase, where there are also two bedrooms, one with a huge ensuite bathroom.

After the first living room there is a second living room with lots of light and a wonderful view of a part of the beautiful green and flowering garden, adjacent to the second living room there is a bedroom that is currently used as an office. 

The upper floor, which has a holiday home license, can be reached via a separate entrance. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a balcony.

When you walk through the well-kept green garden with many subtropical trees, flowers and plants, you come to an outdoor seating area which is partly covered, where you can enjoy a bbq or just chill after a dive in the large, deep swimming pool. The swimming pool used to be a so-called water tank. At the outdoor seating area there is also a building with 2 toilets and a storage room.

After a short walk you will arrive at the rear part of the finca where there are 2 spacious caves with which you have many options. At the moment one cave is used as a workshop and the other cave is being converted into a possible housing unit. 

On the outer edge is another piece of land which can be used perfectly for growing fruit and vegetables. Growing your own harvest, how beautiful is that?!
