This fantastic old village house has been totally renovated and now features 4 cosy apartments.
Each apartment is fully furnished.
All apartments are also fully-equipped, this allows us to offer our guests a delicious, relaxed holiday apartment. Each apartment is equipped for 2 people.
Three of the four apartments have a living area of ca. 50 m ² and the fourth is slightly smaller, with about 35 m ².
There is a joint main entrance that provides access to the cosy small complex. Arriving directly within the courtyard, from there you have access to your own private apartment, including 3 apartments also have a private roof terrace.
The authentic home of ca. 250 m2, is located in the rustic setting of the mountain village of Arico Viejo in the municipality of Arico.

Arico is a commune in the southeast of the Canary Island of Tenerife with a population of about 7,392. It is located 45 km away from the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife, accessible via the TF-1 motorway.

The adorable village of Arico Viejo, is far away from mass tourism on a 20-minute drive from the Airport South.
The small village centre can be reached within a few minutes walking distance, here you will find everything you need: a bank with an ATM, a gas station, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, medical care (Centro Salud), as well as some typical Spanish bars and restaurants with tasty local dishes.

The daily temperature varies between 17 and 24 ° c. PORIS DE ABONA.
Here you will find also a number of small bars that organise for a well-deserved snack and drink for you, after a swim in the azure blue Atlantic Ocean.

In the immediate vicinity of the House there are numerous hiking trails at any level. The increasingly popular climbing sport school, Eldorado Arico, can be reached within a few minutes driving distance. 
Small coves and sandy beaches.... you can find them everywhere around the island.
The popular surfing paradise of EL MEDANO is 25 km away from the House, where the waves and the wind always be there.

Also the cyclists know to find Tenerife more and more, they appreciate it on a high level!!
