This spacious 3-bedroom house was built in 1987 which has now been thoroughly renovated into a beautiful, modern house with a lovely conservatory. 

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite bathroom), a spacious open kitchen, an open living room with fireplace and a dining area, a separate living room with onother fireplace, a work space, a laundry room and a very extensive conservatory, which can be split by doors. 

From the conservatory you have a view of the garden and the wide surroundings. Sitting in the garden there is a fantastic view of the mountains, the sea and the surroundings of Arico. There is a pleasant terrace at the front of the house. At this way you can choose at all times to sit in or out of the sun. 

La Sabinita is a small and quiet mountain village, located about 450 meters above sea level, just above the lovely village of Arico Viejo. In Arico Viejo you will find a supermarket, a bank, a butcher, a bakery, a florist, a gas station, a medical center, a pizzeria and some typical Canarian bars where you can enjoy breakfast, a tapa or a more extensive meal. 

Just a 10 minute drive away there are several coastal villages with lovely beaches. The highway can also be reached within 10 minutes where you have the choice to be in the capital Santa Cruz within 20 minutes or to drive to the tourist South. 

In short: a lovely house in a quiet area where you can find a bit more crowds within a foreseeable distance.
