This house is built on a plot of 275m2 and is split into two different homes.
On the ground floor is the main house with its spacious living room a guest toilet, a storage room and partially large separate kitchen. On the first floor there is a substantial bedroom with separate bathroom. Around the house there are several spacious terraces. There is always the possibility to choose the sunny side, dark side, wind side or wind-free side.
Under the house is a very spacious apartment with one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room, a patio and a garage.
Abades is a cozy, quiet, next to the sea fishing village consisting of about 700 white with green houses. Within walking distance there are various restaurants, bars, two supermarkets, a climbing shop, a divingschool, a butcher and of course the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Everything you need in close proximity. 20 minutes away by car you are at the airport from Tenerife South.
