A very spacious authentic Canarian house, located in the rustic mountain village Arico Nuevo. The house is part of the cultural heritage of Spain.

The house is built according to the typical Canarian architecture, with different areas that are accessible both through the patio and through the internal doors. The house was renovated 4 years ago and is fully equipped.

It has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fine coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer.
There is also an outdoor kitchen including a barbecue with fantastic views over the impressive mountains.

Through the kitchen you enter the very large, pleasantly furnished living-dining room, with a television and WiFi, a spacious sofa and a dining table. The laundry room is located with the washing machine next to the living room. As well as the bathroom with toilet

From the living area you cross the cozy patio to reach the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom has a so-called queen-size bed and here too there are fitted wardrobes. In the adjacent bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.

Arico Nuevo is a small village located 380 meters above sea level. In the immediate vicinity there is a cozy restaurant and a small village shop. About 5 minutes drive away there is the somewhat larger village of Arico Viejo, where you can go for your daily shopping, the bank, some restaurants, the butcher, the bakery and the pharmacy. 

Arico Nuevo is a great base for beautiful hikes, to go to the beach and to discover the entire island. Within 10 minutes by car you are on the highway from where you are within half an hour in the capital Santa Cruz, with all its culture and delicious restaurants, or for example, within half an hour you are also in the lively tourist South with its beautiful long beaches.
