This unique and spacious accommodation is located in Arico Teguedite, in the South of Tenerife, 19 minutes drive from the South Airport. The studio is centrally located and is very easy to access by car and public transport. Here you will find peace and privacy. Always being connected with 1GB fiber optic internet.

The apartment is located on a farm, where the swimming pool is also located, although the garden is not yet finished, guests can use it, which measures 8 x 4 m.The Studio has a total area of 45m2. It is spaciously furnished with a well-equipped open kitchen. This is also the place where you can enjoy a delicious meal with views of the sea and the mountains.

It has a double bed base of 1.60 x 2.00 meters and a large bathroom with a shower tray. From the living room you can access the private 16m2 terrace with garden furniture. This is directly accessible from the living room through a sliding door. The studio also has a fast 1GB fiber optic/WiFi connectionThe studio is located 10 minutes drive from the beach where you can snorkel and dive wonderfully. In the immediate vicinity you will find several climbing and hiking routes as well as a climbing school. Across the street you will find a cozy Spanish restaurant where you can enjoy various local dishes.
