This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful complex, located directly by the sea: Balcón del Mar in Costa del Silencio.

The apartment is cozy, modernly furnished and situated on the ground floor. It features a fully equipped open kitchen, which was renovated in 2018, 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with bath, a living room and a very spacious terrace of 42 m2 which is oriented to the East. In summer the sun shines on the terrace until about 3:00 PM and in winter until about 12:00 PM.

All windows have double glass and a screen door has also been installed.

It is possible to connect to the internet from the comunity for only 80 € per year. The apartment has a private satellite dish.

The very well maintained complex Balcón del Mar has a fantastically beautiful, large swimming pool with a cozy bar that is open at specific times. There is also a guard in the complex.

Within walking distance there is the lovely sea, there are some small supermarkets, cozy restaurants and a bus stop. Also within walking distance there is the center of Costa del Silencio with several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a Belgian bakery and a Belgian butcher.

It is a great apartment to spend the holidays and also to live there all year round.
