The famous wine production of Tacoronte-Acentejo is one of the largest on the island. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the top floor. Here are two large terraces (25.72m2 and 14.32m2) and a balcony of 2.83m2. From the grand terrace there is a fabulous, infinite, panoramic view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. 
The upper floor is accessible by a stair on the outside of the house and therefore it has its own entrance.
The ground floor has, in addition to the master bedroom, a very spacious living-dining room of 60m2, with lots of light. From the living room there is also a fantastic view over the sea. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is accessible through the living room.

The covered area where the pool is located has an area of 154m2.

The barbecue area is accessible by a staircase, where also the entrance to the bodega is located. The bodega has an area of 73.5 m2 and has an extensive kitchen. Next to the bodega there is a small orchard with various fruit trees.
