Gorgeous landhouse named: El Sitio, located in the rustic village: Arico el Nuevo, municipality of Arico at about 400 meters above sea level. This country house has been completely renovated while preserving the original Canary style.
El Sitio consists of several apartments. Each with its own terrace and pool. There is one possibility to rent an apartment without a pool. Over the whole area there are several lawns and beautiful gardens. From every angle and from every apartment there are spectacular panoramic views!
Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a seating area with sofa, flat screen TV, a washing machine and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A refrigerator and a toaster are also provided as well as a coffee machine. Free Wifi is available!
Arico el Nuevo is quietly located just a half hour drive from the airport South. Within 15 minute drive you can reach the small coastal villages with its beaches, the cosy local restaurants. Within 10 minutes walking distance lies the village of Arico Viejo where you can do some shopping at the butcher, the bakery and the supermarket.
In the immediate vicinity there are wonderful walks to be taken at each level.
