According to German standard, newly built townhouse in the quiet urban area of El Pino in El Rio, municipality Arico.

The village of El Rio is located about 400m u.M. and is part of the municipality of Arico. The coast can be reached in 10 minutes by car and a few minutes away is the most beautiful hiking trails of the south of the island. A few minutes far is the beautiful village of Las Vegas, one of the way to the mountains by Camino Las Vegas, where also some Casa Rural are.
The climate is ideal, since it is getting warmer and drier than in the north especially in winter and in summer this area is refreshed by the Atlantic Ocean. In the south it is usually dry and warm.
